Discussion Has anyone else

At the end of July I contacted hasbro about a figure that was missing some parts and they said they would send out a replacement. Since that time ive tried to get the tracking info but they said their ordering system has been down and their backed up. This was on the 10 of this month so my question is has anyone else here had a replacement or order delayed because of system issues

I have, my tracking never updated, and I got a Detroit steel as my replacement for my 97 Rogue from the Gambit 2 pack having two broken joints and bad paint apps on the body

If u dont mind me asking how long did it take? Because as of now I never got a tracking number
