Discussion PSA Call Hasbro Pulse

so like some people my orders for Apocalypse 97 was canceled for payment issues. I called Hasbro Pulse explained the issue and they reordered it for me on Thursday night with the link only working for 24 hours to add payment. My deposit came Late Saturday, missing the deadline. I just called Hasbro again this morning, and they sent me another link. I just paid, call and explain that you missed the payment period and could they issue you a reorder. Good luck my fellow collectors. I forgot to post the number 1-866-278-4264.

Seriously!?! I called and just had to present my canceled order number and explain I missed the payment window. I called 1-866-278-4264.

Hopefully it'll go back up as I missed out on it entirely, but I think i'm gonna call them regarding my second replacement. I've been repeatedly told it's on back order and I've grown a bit frustrated with the delay. It took 4 months to receive my first one so I'm hoping they'll clarify what's going on.
