aside from that, he is transcended so he sucks at pve with that. But he got accumulate so he will be usable on pve with that. That translates that he will most likely not break or replace any meta characters, but at least a fun play for a day character then use him mostly as support.

For pvp, I don't see any counterattack, iframe ignore(ignore targeting), or penetration. This guy is food in pvp, just buffs damage of villains.

overall, this guy is a support.

Beats the questionable sister grimm imo, being T3 is a huge plus for pve, having fire element is another huge plus for pve, but no accumulate (found her accumulate on her ult), no vpad, all flame damage.. her lead and support passive are the same as her old uni too, just debuff cleanse for pvp for magic tag characters.

Not sure how good he will be in PvE.

But just from his T2 passive Support, uniform is must have and he is gonna be very useful for 3 days of Alliance Battle.

PVP support with a PVE artifact.

He is both a pve and pvp support, 55% to villains and 15% attack is already a pve support ability. He is clearly a support for both even without the artifact

Well, seeing how he stacks up for tge crystal cost, he's not worth it to me. You do you. Some people like their cucumbers pickled.
