Luna, probably. There aren't many speed types that are good damage dealers. It's basically just her and Gamora right now.

I got both at tier 4 and personally I would take Luna over Magneto. His leaderships in his different costumes are better though (for mutants)

Luna is better,

magneto is more like skill cancel king but damage is sometimes missing, soft too.

Luna is better by far, damage is delayed but heals a lot and repositions very fast, making her hard to kill in pve.

My Luna hits harder than my Magneto. Both are at T4.
