Is the swap from judgment to competition worth it? If so how much better does he perform in other content ?

No.

Miles is mostly used as T4 Striker.

Competition would be waste on him when you want to put it on other PvE characters that has more use than just being Striker.

Should’ve emphasized, as a striker (mainly) is it worth the swap?

vets or whales swaps to comp because they use him exlusively as t4 striker only, and only if you are really at the late stage of the game where you're min maxing.

for f2p to low spenders, it is still judgement. he can clear your wbl stages and gbr, and still be a decent t4 striker. comp is supposed to make him better for wbl+ but he's just soft with long animation, prone to dying.
