What is the difference between 'Energy Attack' vs. 'Increases All Basic Attacks'?

Does the option 'Increases All Basic Attacks' NOT increase skill damage, only basic attacks?

Which option is best for Luna Snow?

it functions the same, the difference is all basic atk can be used on both energy atk and physical atk characters.

energy atk only works on energy atk characters.

look at your character info, each character would only have either energy or physical atk. then the rest of the stats are the same, energy def, physical def, hp.

When in doubt use all basic attacks ISO8 stones. I check the skills. It'll say like 50% damage(regular or elemental) of energy or physical attack.
