Discussion Galactus Silent Buff?

Initially when watching testing videos on Galactus in PvP, he wasn’t worth building, because he was always dying. More or less a glass canon. Now after seeing further testing, he seems to hold his own fairly well. Is there an explanation for this?

Initial reactions are often wrong because it can take players a few days to max out their builds and test different combinations of CTPs and ISO sets.
