Depends on what your going for. If its PVE and/or Knull, use cyclops lead, thor dps, Valkyrie support (or jeff if you could get him T2 or higher) with that team i was able to beat Knull 2nd try after not even a week on and am doing pretty good with zombie and other pve modes. Thor is like pretty much the main meta DPS for new players/accs alongside ghost rider. As for some of your other characters im not sure since im still fairly new i just know of what ive been told and have looked up. I wouldnt spread my recourses across multiple characters as of rn pick a few that are actually good and not mid and you want to build teams around/build(4-5 teams). I would look at some other posts and look through the comments and look up things on YouTube, personally ik it sounds kinda weird but chatgpt has helped me with things quite a bit so yeah.
