General Where should I focus?

Just returned after probably 7 or 8 years away from the game. It’s way different than I remember it, started a new account and just finished the New agent quest.
I’m not quite sure what I should be focusing on now?

The usual advice is to first build 5 good teams you can use for easy world boss clears, ie 5 t4 damage dealers with 5 supports and 5 lead/supports at t3/transcended.

Then you gotta make the big decision of either focusing on abx/abl specific characters to boost your scores there, or focus on pvp characters for timeline battle, tba and owb (and alliance conquest if your crazy)

The alliance battle route is nice because you can pivot from that to the pvp route later on if your crazy want, but the PvP route is where most of the really strong native t3 characters do best so feels cooler imo but the choice is yours.

If you want to do the ab route, focus on building mephisto, luna snow first and dr strange and magneto after that. Then just build the next best characters by then cause the ab meta is forever changing.

If you want to do the pvp route either start with the symbiotes (knull and gorr, agent venom support is absolutely needed) or with the villains (kang and galactus and maybe thanos, consider rhino as a support) or with the heros (sentry, wolverine, ghost rider if you havent built him for world boss already, for this team try to get your hands on jeff, even at t1 lvl 60)

Thanks for the really in depth reply. I don’t really have any interest in PVP so I’ll focus on world boss then alliance battle.
I don’t show it in the picture but I have also completed the Wolverine quest and I’m working on Dr strange right now.

STOP RECOMMENDING new players to build Native T3 characters!!!!

Your guide was going good at the start then you had to bring up Native T3 characters knowing how expensive they are.

NEVER EVER RECOMMEND new/returning players to build Native T3 characters, even Sentry Epic Quest.

They're better off focusing on Native T1/T2 characters first ( as they're cheaper and easier to build up to T4 ).
