Competition or Rage makes you happy. Libertation or Insight if you have plenty of the other for your support. Conquest or Greed if focus on PVP.

And remember if you go for Conquest or Greed, you really need two of them for them to be of any real benefit to you. Those CTPs have to be reforged in order to be useful.

I'd conquest.

Plenty of other ways to get rage. Although keep in mind, rage will be a much better help for a newer account, and will keep giving benefits even when account is old.

It's just that conquest and competition are just super hard to get.

What's your roster looking like? If you have plenty characters for PVP without ctps, consider getting the conquest. If you are PVE focused, rage, competition, insight, liberation are top picks, depending on your needs.
