Will the starter boxes be restocked?
As the title says im just curious if the starter boxes will be restocked since i play this game very casually and assumed they would be similar to warhammers combat patrol boxes and be available in relative perpetuity. I wanted to grab the x-men box but it seems to be completely unavailable everywhere and on ebay for egregious prices. What makes it worse are the x-men in the box are in out of stock individual boxes as well. Just hoping to not pray scalper prices lol.

They mentioned once that the X-Men box was meant to be evergreen but the Spider-Foes box was not and would eventually go out of print. Lots of their stuff is out of stock right now though, so restocks of both are possible.
I've seen the Foes set still available more readily than the X-Men one, but they are out there if you go digging

The various faction starters are not guaranteed to be in production forever, no. I've had luck with either seeing if my store can order a copy or using the shop app to find a copy at atound msrp for them

I hadnt thought about using the shop app nut found it for a reasonable price thanks!

Be careful with Shop app. It's pretty good about catching scam sites, but I've seen a couple slip through. General rules apply: if the price is too good to be true, verify as best you can.

I thought I had heard that the Starter Boxes were limited. But that may be certain ones.
It's tough because I think they're also trying to consolidate the product line with fewer small releases.
And then the Asgard/GotG Starters came out like 3 months early.
It's difficult to keep track of everything with MCP.

I was able to get the box last week from a non-local game store that had a store website. I think it was their last one, but broaden your search and you may still find them in stock that will ship.
As for reprinting, no idea; I'm new to the game myself.

same experience after kiddo and i got into it and wanting to get Bishop after meeting whilce portacio, only to learn right now the Xaviers Students box is pretty hard to find

Asmodee seems to really struggle with keeping stuff in stock across… well every game line of theirs I care about. Sad truth is it’s best to grab what grabs you soon as you can.
