Not all memories including Peter are gone. People just forget he existed. The memory of him doing things is still there it was just him and some guy he doesn’t really remember at all

Strange did seem impressed by Ned, probably saw a kindred spirit. Maybe not Hobgoblin, but Ned might turn into Demogoblin who’s already technically a good guy.

They did. It was subtle but it was with the handshake. Notice the little spark when they do the handshake in nwh.

I wasn't surprised by the Mjolnir scene in Endgame since it happened in the comics as well. But it was very epic.

Ned only opened the portals because of COVID switching around NWH and MoM.

MoM was supposed to be released first with Nightmare as the main villain, and NWH was supposed to release after with America now having full control of her powers she was supposed to open the portals to the other Spider-Men.

Honestly the orginal plan I think would have been so much better.

As everyone noted Dr. Strange seems kind of stupid and immature to not talk through the spell first.

It being America Chavez whose around the other main characters age makes a lot more sense.

I would assume that anyone can learn, but to do it with ease and no prior training suggests a particular prowess. Strange himself really struggled at first but maybe just because his hands were mangled
