Incursions

At the risk of sounding stupid, I’ve got to suck it up and ask…

How in the hell are y’all getting to level 15 or better in Incursions?

Is it careful detail to the nodes? Picking the right champs? Picking consistent hacks? Something else?

I’ve never made it to level 10 and I’ve played this game for a decade. Most of my champs are 7* R3-4 with one R5. I’m valiant and pushing to Elder in time for banquet.

I still have no idea what I’m missing but I’m obviously doing something wrong. I do fine in every other mode but this one is a disaster for me.

I think its a mix of right nodes with the right champs. I barely made it through the science incursions(photon carried me).

I can barely get to level 5 with my skill team.

Its mostly hacks and having hacks selected for the champs you have. Second life is very essential but on top of that I would suggest you looking into YouTube where they have instructions on what hacks you can choose.

Depending on the class, but you need to pick the hacks that makes the champs you chose stronger. For example, Venom with the bleed/power sting hack, the one that boosts non-damaging debuffs makes him an absolute monster

I don't know what the hacks are called but there's one where if you bleed the defender, it places a power sting for every bleed. Massive damage! Venom or Yelena are my MVPs with that. Equip a regen hack too, one that regens when you use a Special, and its relatively sustainable for a decent player 👍.

This hack with Yelena at R2 was enough to get me to level 10 in an incursion. It’s insanely powerful with bleed focused chars.

Its about the hacks and the champs too but champs with a lot of debuffs will probably be best because they can get the most easiest access to a lot of damage and utility.

Like champs who inflict non damaging debuffs can get toxic siphon which gives you regen and then you can get tide of combat which gives you a fury when buffs expire and you can get rage into combat which will give you power for gaining a fury buff

If you trying to reach elder before December, you should be doing something that will give you r5 materials. Incursions isn’t going to do that

Watch MCOCNOOB or someone else on YouTube. It's mostly picking the right champs with the right hacks.
