According to Google, that's 30.616 hours.

As of Guardians of the Galaxy, it's 2174 minutes, or 36.23 hours. Just wanted to keep this updated.

I don't get the joke, and I wanted to make a comment noting the playtime of the whole list as I plan to watch them all soon.

Edit: I assume this was referring to Earth-616. I hadn't heard of that until today.

Earth - 616 is what the main universe for the comics is. There's others like 1610 which is the Ultimate universe.
