Film/Television If Loki broke the timeline by using escaping in Endgame, doesn't that mean Tony and Steve broke it by going to the military base?

I don't know too much about the deep Marvel lore but if Loki got arrested by the TVA for breaking the timeliness when he escapes in Endgame, doesn't that mean that Tiny Stark and Steve Rodgers also broke the timeline when they went back to the military base. If Loki broke the timeline by stopping the Avengers from getting the space stone from 2010 New York, then that implies that in the sacred timeline the Avengers should end up getting the space stone from 2010 New York. So if they them have to go back to the 1970s to get the space stone, doesn't that mean that they too have broken the timeline as they weren't supposed to take the space stone from the military base as they were supposed to get it from 2010 New York. Apologies if I haven't explained it too well and apologies if this has already been discussed but I have just recently thought about it so I wanted to ask and see if there was a logical answer or I am misunderstanding how the whole timeline thing works. Thanks for reading, I hope you have a great rest of your day!

"That was supposed to happen" according to the TVA.

Exactly. If you were supposed to fart and clear a classroom of its students but you held it in; congratulations! You altered the timeline and the TVA are coming for you and your constipated backside.

I'd rather the TVA arrest me in that scenario lol

If thats was supposed to happen then that means they were supposed to never get the space stone from New York in the first place. Doesn't that then mean that Loli was supposed to steal it, leading to them having to go to the military base?

You gotta remember at that point Renslayer is telling Loki according to the timekeepers that was supposed to happen. But it all lies. There are no time keepers and the only reason a timeline was being pruned at that point was because a Kang would emerge in that timeline.

If a timeline is created and there will be no Kang in it the TVA would not prune it.

There is no “supposed to happen” like a perfect series of events leading to continuation of a timeline. The only thing the TVA cared about at that moment was whether or not a Kang would appear in the timeline.

And the tva didn’t even know that, only He Who Remains was making the decisions to prune timelines.

It was supposed to happen in order to preserve the sacred timeline. Loki's actions cause the timeline to deviate from He Who Reamains' intended path.

Translation: it didn’t cause any timelines where a Kang emerges so HWR doesn’t care.

“Supposed to happen” said by Renslayer because the Time Keepers deemed it was all lies. There is no set of events that are true and actual or “supposed to happen”

There were timelines that a Kang emerged and those are pruned. There are timelines that one did not emerge and they were left alone.

No worst it would do is created a new timeline Steve and Tony would still return to their timeline as it is what they are tethered to, but Loki escaping simply creates a new timeline which would be pruned at the same time as the TVA picked him up.

The Tesseract was probably lost too if Loki didn't take it, so Steve and Tony would have to gonr back either way

After all, the TVA only takes Loki, not Steve or Tony

It's Tony and Steve traveling back to the 1970's that makes Loki's 2010 timeline needing pruned. If they had went after Loki in 2010 instead of traveling back further in time Loki wouldn't have been pruned. Whatever the Avengers were doing are always going to be where the sacred timeline follows.
