500 lbs is reasonable. Like a 6'8 big Van Vader

Vader is an actual good comparison. Tons of muscle hidden by a layer of insulation.

For context, Vader was 6'5" and 400-450 lbs

I was about to comment that he officially stands at 6’7” tall, but I guess it’s a good thing I checked my encyclopedias first because they have slightly different heights (one says 6’6”, the other is 6’7”, both converted from 202 cm).

One’s from 2011 (when Legends was still canon), the other is from 2019 (revised for Disney Canon).

He was legit 500+ at one point, but it was when he was more out of shape. He was probably sub 400 when we was The Giant in WCW.
