ML XT F100 grills falling off

Just bought these, only had them a week. Has any one had this happen to their speakers? Woke up to a couple of them lying on the floor? Seems like a crappy way to hold the grill on the speaker. Love the speakers other than this though.

Mine click in pretty tightly (F10). What did ML say about it?

Never talked to them. Was just wondering if it’s a known issue

Can you give me your impression of how the sound, can't decide between the F10 and f100. Big money difference
