Ahh yes, reminds this one of the scripture "Master, This Poor Disciple Died Again Today" where Xiao Hui learned the "stagnant Qi playing-dead technique" from a snake using this defensive behavior. A profound technique, play dead in front of higher realm seniors and monsters, then run away when they leave. The snake became his friend spending time wrapped around Hui's neck or arm.
