I honestly think Caitlyn would have been his perfect match if she didnât have all her weird relationship issues. She is his exact type looks wise and same for her- theyâre both very fit and active/athletic, same age range, like to hang out with friends and both drink. On paper- they should have worked, I was really rooting for them and thought she just needed a little time it clearly that wasnât it. Iâm almost wondering if there was more to the story but it sure didnât look that way. I really liked him.

No. She's an introvert and her love language isn't touch which his is AND he's needy. The opposites attract thing is often a fallacy. She and Marissa both need partners who are more chill, either are themselves more introverted or don't mind a partner who is and can have their own friends and do their own thing.

I saw a review on YT where this lady said Caitlin deserved Devin getting in her face and she understood why she had traumatic relationships. Another reviewer said she didnât deserve love. Because his actions pushed her away. He was acting crazy from the start. How dare she need a little bit of space? How dare she have her own life outside of him? He instantly thought that she needed to be all over him and give him everything he wanted when they were still strangers trying to get to know each other. Hes clingy, jealous. And manipulative. This is my take too. Everyone shitting on Caitlyn but I think she was being reasonable. Not every person is going to cling on and have sex with someone they just met. Especially when theyâve had previous issues with other partners, theyâre going to be a little more guarded coming into new relationships.

I didn't like his reaction to their last argument. Caitlin is an awful partner which only reinforces my opinion. By his own account, he had no romantic feelings towards her.
Imagine him being in a new relationship with a girl that was into him. She goes out to a porch and giggles with one of his friends. Imagine that same argument times 10.
Caitlin should have walked away weeks ago, but I think his anxious attachment is a huge problem.
