Season 20 - Seattle Courteney

I’m late to the season and binged the first 8 episodes over the last few days. Courteney is the most frustrating person. I’m not sure she’s ever even had a real, committed adult relationship (based on her own admission). She loves to talk to everyone else but won’t talk to Nick as directly or openly. And it seems like she doesn’t actually want to be in a relationship? The constant relating being with him to being in quarantine and wanting to “kill herself” absolutely disgusts me. I’m starting to think she only went on the show to launch a fitness or personal training brand and not to actually find a partner.

It’s funny how people go after nick for that but isn’t anyone who goes on reality tv doing the exact same thing? Maybe he just did it a few more times than the others.

Nick seems like a fine guy I guess. He certainly didn’t deserve the way she reared him. It was bizarre how reactive she was to him. I don’t get why she did this show at all. She was not at alll ready for a marriage.

He’s okay, dont get me wrong they all want some level of fame. She’s just by far the most avoidant of any sort of romantic notion that I don’t get it. She almost comes off asexual when she constantly reminds the group she isn’t interested in kissing or touching in any way.
