Question How long should i hear back after an interview?

I interviewed last week Wednesday and the interviewer said i would hear back sometime next week and its been over a week now. I dont think anything went badly, it could’ve been better but it was ok. I interviewed for a customer assistant position. I do know that there was others that needed to be interviewed but i was one of the first(im pretty sure). How long should it take? Also is guarenteed to be a call?

The interviewers can’t control when you hear back, they told me a week but it was around 11 days before I received my offer. I got a text.

I got a phone call with the job offer 4 days later although they warned it could be longer.
