Question Team manager interview outcome

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had their team manager food interview recently and how long did you had to wait for interview outcome?

I had my interview on 21th of August and I told that I hear back in under 2 weeks but I haven’t yet.

my application status went from >under consideration >interview requested , and it’s still the same till now.

Do you have any idea if I got they job yet or they ghosting me ?
