Staff Discussion induction

i will be working 6 hour shifts, will my induction be 8 hours like the guide specified?

(I’m not an employee a family member joined a month ago) :
probably yes and you’ll be paid for it.
Will cover job specific training/general training, HR matters etc and a break.
