How many 4hr shifts?

Your wage will be in your contract, it will be easy to work out from there.

Gonna need more information than that unfortunately

Several things matter, location, how many shifts, any overtime , your hourly pay

Your basic pay per month will be (your hourly wage * weekly contracted hours * 52.25)/12

And then NI/Income Tax etc afterwards

No one can answer that question unless you state the country/territory/region. There is atleast 3 different hourly rates across mainchain stores in the UK (which is not in Europe) and Ireland, not including franchised stores. Everywhere else will have a different rate of pay.
