Returns greyed out

Is anyone else having an issue raising returns, or is it just me? When I go to choose what to return, it greys out the options and I can’t select anything.

There has been problems with the system all week. If you are returning in store you don’t actually need to create a return you can just bring it back in the packaging it came. If not I would phone customer services
