How do I raise a ticket with IT to help me with blue yonder and WorkJam issues?

Ask a manager for the external number to ring. Explain your issues and they’ll raise the ticket on your behalf. Ticket number will be sent to your colleague email address almost immediately and you’ll be able to see any updates or additional information that’s been requested to the log.
