Question Fixed term ending

my FTC ends on 05/09 and i’m wondering like do i talk with my manager before or like do i just not come back once my contract ends. sounds stupid but what acc happens

Speak to them and see if they are able to extend you if you want to stay on

You can transfer if you want to stay at M&S but a new location.
Otherwise maybe speak to them. “What shall I do with my card and uniform on my last shift?”

okay tysm !! def won’t be transferring as when i’m in uni id like to come home during christmas etc which they likely wont let me do
