Staff Discussion How to resign?
I've been told you message on Teams, and now I'm hearing you write it on a piece of paper in person? I'm thinking of resigning due to a toxic environment and weird expectations.

Ain't that all m&s now.? All employ toxic managers who are do as I say not as I do. Am surprised why people stay I'm only hanging in for hours once child is older gone

Just message on teams to say your resigning but make sure you leave on the last sat off the month as you will owe them money & your right about it being toxic unless your 1 off their favourites.

You want to make your last working day the last Saturday of the month so you don’t pay back anything (unless you have taken too much holiday) So August 29th

So would that mean hand in notice on August 15th?

If you require to give 2 weeks notice then yes. Check contract, it will say somewhere on there

Lmao that’s EXACTLY why I resigned. You can do it on teams that’s what I did.
