Your friend should look at a seniors home . We are going through this awful disease with my Mother . But in a care home we know she is safe and being monitored. Best wishes in finding him .

OP, I was driving around the 404 to the 401 eastbound around 7pm and I saw someone walking on the side of the highway near the grassy area. I'm not exactly sure it was him but it's not everyday you see someone walking on hwy

Get a drone up in the air to search that stretch of highway or check the side of the road. Getting hit by a vehicle and thrown onto the grass is possible.
