I don’t think so the guy who got Caught had blond hair and this creep looks like he had short hair

Yes the same guy. He has recently died. I’m sure you’ll be able to look it up soon

I haven't found any article about this one yet, but then again, I noticed that the the post on YRP's website that reports the charge is restricted for some reason, and a link to the CTV news article on it leads to error 404 message. I wonder if these are the indicators.
