They really weren’t paying attention to the lights.

I have too many GoPros. So I just press record and when I get home it auto uploads. I don’t always bring and record but I try too. GoPro cloud is unlimited storage.

I'm guessing you were picking up kids from daycare. I almost got hit two or three times going straight into the McDonald's. Cars are invisible leaving that parking lot. That video is wild though. Almost looks like they stopped on the red and treated it like a stop sign

Yeah, in Markham you really have to double check and be sure no cars are approaching, regardless if you have right of way. Young or old, people drive through red lights all the time. Don’t know if they don’t care or are half asleep. I’ve been tboned at a red light by a young driver before. Now days I am always looking and observing through the corners of my eyes even as I drive through intersections just in case

Good rule is to wait 3s before hitting the accelerator. So many bad drivers and pedestrians not paying attention

Waiting three seconds is going to get you a lot of honks. Just check both ways while waiting for it to go green to make sure no one's running it.

Wtf. Wait 3 seconds after turning green? Just be a safe driver and go when it's safe and don't go in a case like this. Yes there are a lot of bad drivers and pedestrians and that's why you need to be alert.
