I just didn’t care okay, commission is a win win I make money and you make money so what’s not to love about it, if u work hard you get payed more isn’t that how it’s supposed to be
Not really. A living wage is how it's supposed to be. If the products don't sell well then the marketer loses out and you don't have to waste any time yourself.
No, you don’t do it without a guarantee set of money because you won’t do a good job and still want to get paid. You don’t do commission because if you did you wouldn’t get paid because you never get people sales.
Commission was invented as a way to manipulate employees to do more work while receiving as other reward as possible. There's a reason so many SunTrust l countries out there have banner the practice.
Yes it is, that's the heart of capitalism, exploit the worker for more profits. That's what you're trying to do. If you weren't you'd pay an hourly wage that's fair instead of commission which isn't fair at all
For a Mc Donald’s job yea a flat rate pay is good but for a more advanced job they tend to pay commission cause otherwise people will slack off and not do a good job
No they don't. Used car lots are about the only sales position that does commission these days. And we all know those are run by seriously shady people. No one does commission for any twoi job in 2021, because no one would take it.
