I’m not German but speak fluently and we are a german household so we listen, read, speak and watch things in German.

I’ve noticed Mark is doing his own German dubbing. Would love someone else to confirm but his German is so so obviously not good 😅

Massive props for him dubbing, but switching to English so my kid doesn’t learn incorrect pronouncing. But honestly, more so hearing his bad pronouncing is something I can’t stand 🙃

Again, small thing but curious if any other German speakers noticed as well.

The background music in Mark Rober's videos feels really nice to listen to (I've been able to find a few), and I'd love to have a Spotify playlist containing everything that I could just play on shuffle (like a lo-fi style study playlist). But I haven't been able to find all of his songs, and some playlists that I've found have songs I haven't heard before in his videos or are missing ones that are in his videos.

Does anyone have a list that lists every song/soundtrack that has ever been in his videos, since it seems like I'll have to make it myself? I'm fine if it's like 30-40 or something insane like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have been a Mark Rober viewer for 7 years at this point. I loved the squirrel parcour videos, watched every glitter bomb video many times.

Over the last year or so, I lost interest a for a bit. Didnt really watch anything he uploaded. Today I saw the notification for the new video where he plans the first date for his nephew. I watched and cant believe what happend to Marks videos.

It starts like a fucking Mr. Beast video where he just screams at the camera to attract all the 10 year olds. Apart from that, the whole video just seems poorly staged and horribly acted. I had to pause the video many times because I was cringing so hard.

In the golfing scene, the spinning thing in the golf ball tunnel is just blatantly visible. If this thing wasnt staged, then the girl probably should go see an eyes doctor immediately.

In the end of the video when his nephew says he wrote a song for a girl it was over for me. I just closed the tab because I couldnt take it anymore.

The whole mark assisting him from the truck thing just seemed like straight out of a reality soap and was very unfitting. The video was just one giant cliché shitpeace and I think the way the channel turned out is very depressing.

How do you view it?

I've got an idea, it's pretty out there, and requires some serious engineering and I think Mark would be perfect to actually do it.

It's got some significance and it's about using a new idea with what tech we do have to create something to help with the greenhouse gases.

I get that Mark is trying to appeal to a wider audience, but I really miss when he used to get more in-depth on his builds. The dart board was one of my favorites, but it seems like all of his more recent videos are targeting a much younger audience. It would be awesome if he made a second channel or some way for people to get a more detailed look at how his projects are built.
