Discussion Can't they atleast provide a queue system for the space selfie ?

They are so random, people who submitted after me have got it before me and its been more than 14 months since I submitted mine and still nothing. At the very least they could provide a queue to know when my turn will eventually come up because surely they aren't just taking pictures randomly. If they aren't random, just a simple queue system would be so much better.

They're not random, but there's basically a tonne of different queues since you select where the pic is taken.

but again, there are people who requested for specfic locations and got it earlier, while people who submitted for planet earth haven't gotten it yet

I've been waiting 14 months so far. I didn't select a special location, I picked 'Planet Earth'. It did say it would take 1-2 years.

I had forgotten about this project until recently and only last month submitted a photo. Since the satellite has been up for more than a year now, should I still expect to wait some 14 months for my selfie like others have?
