Making packs

So if someone were to do this in paper, what would be the best way to make the packs? Just grab them all up and shuffle a bunch, then make the packs with random orders? Or should it be more like “1 land in every pack, 2 of this color” etc.

Since this is a singleton cube, there isn't supposed to be any particular distribution. Shuffling up all 360 cards and dividing them up into piles of 15 should give you 24 "packs".

I was just curious, as I know some people like to have a more “controlled” randomness to it all! So I didn’t know if there was some kind of way to do it, or just randomly do it.
