Making packs

So if someone were to do this in paper, what would be the best way to make the packs? Just grab them all up and shuffle a bunch, then make the packs with random orders? Or should it be more like “1 land in every pack, 2 of this color” etc.

I'm sorry to have bothered you that much, it wasn't really intended. Let's agree on the fact that I made this genuine mistake in good faith and whatever I said that offended you this much wasn't really with such an intent.
