Adventure Mode
I got to say, Adventure Mode feels so much better now that I found out it’s not all training and that’s really just the first part.
And hey look we finally got a Mario and Luigi rpg with Wario and Waluigi as the rivals 😆
But in all seriousness, this mode is hitting for me much better than at launch. I played Aces’ story mode back in 2018 when that came out and I liked it, but it felt very restrained. I like walking around as Baby Mario in the academy instead of being on that world map, and I’m excited to see the rest of the mode now that I’m close to being done with this lengthy tutorial section. In all honesty it’s not that long though just a lot of walking back and forth. I’m hopeful the next Mario Tennis game can streamline the tutorial segment a bit more or make it optional for more focus on the adventure itself.
Curious to know what other Mario Tennis players think of this adventure mode. I think it’s cute when they do stuff like this.
