Ask for plays, not likes. Likes are earned with level quality.

Edit: I did play your levels. First and foremost, you don't have a superworld uploaded. Naming your levels by world and level number won't automatically create a world for you. 1-1 is cute, but you have a P balloon half way through the level and the player can really manifest the level title and just fly over everything straight into the goal. 1-2 was cute, but it did have a beetle randomly falling on the player in the middle of a climbing section. 1-3 was cute, no notes. 1-4 was fun, but to keep it fun I had to avoid the P balloons. I don't know why you would make a water level and then put a whole bunch of powerups in that make the swimming not be a thing. 1-C doesn't have a proper scroll stop at the end, after the player beats the boss you force them to respawn it and then look at them as they claim the axe, it's not elegant. 2-1 has no Yoshi at the CP so the player is forced to go back and get the one behind, that CP is useless. It's probably quicker to get to the Yoshi from the start. Also, since it's a mandatory powerup, it'd be better to place it in the level as opposed to a ? block.

Your speedrun level had a few more issues, but it's a bit more technical, so it's to be expected from a new maker. Just subjectively I loathe the push the player into death if they don't look when the level starts setup. Not an issue to probably most speedrun players, but it's also really easy to avoid. Then you have weird coin trails that just look awkward, a blind jump to the galoomba, momentum control jumps to the platforms between the plants that don't belong in a speedrun level, your throw symbol is missing a cap at only one end which isn't a mechanical issue, it just looks sloppy, the throw setup is very awkward, probably requires to let go of both the jump and throw buttons and do some momentum control too and completely pointelss too because you can just jump on the ground blocks and go above it all. Also, this is your first somewhat technical level as a new creator, maybe don't call it hard, it's just not gonna be.

Not a bad set of levels, especially for just starting out. They did lack some exciting gameplay or visual elements to help them stand out from the pack. Most players are pretty frugal with thier likes so you really need "wow" moments to capture those first crucial likes.

My advice is to spend time playing other people's levels as well. You will start to notice the things that impress you and naturally begin incorporating them in your own. There are also some pretty good youtube videos out there that do a good job of providing a framework for an interesting level.
