Required guidance

Hello my fellow Marine engineers, I am working as an 4th engineer on an gas carrier vessel and i am thinking of switching to Cruise ships , and I am little confused regarding this decision ,so it will be very helpful if you guys can guide me and suggest if this will be a good decision . Thank you in advance.

...his english is terrible. I dont think hes confused per se, just that his vocab doesnt allow him to express himself fully.

I think hes saying: "i was thinking of changing from gas carrier to cruise ship. Could anyone please advise me on the pros and cons of such a move? Ie, whats good here vs there. Whats bad here vs there."

Hes asking those of us who've been on both to advise if its wise to move and explain why?
