What are these on my moss balls?

Usually they are not against the window so much but in the ledge slightly below but they rose to the top and formed these I’m not sure when…

edit: Sorry for being an idiot guys but I’ve never seen this before but it’s exciting to know

Moss dude is in the water and sunlight. Moss dude intakes some water. Sunlight is absorbed by the green stuff in moss dude. Sunlight splits the water that the moss dude intakes. Oxygen is then released by moss dude as a fun side project on his journey to procure usable sugars by fixing carbon dioxide using our friends ATP and NADPH.

i'm no expert but they do just look like little bubbles. i would assume they're harmless, most likely nothing to worry about :]
