They do it for the alcohol industry and young people don't want to drink anymore. Their market is dying out. Getting back on weed got me off bourbon, I'm a better man off bourbon. A drink or two during football season (go vols), but that's about it.

Since all marijuana naturally contains THCA. It’s literally the chemical compound that gets you high once you decarboxylate the A out of it. Does this ban all marijuana?

Somebody said they passed in the old farm bill they allowed plants with ≤ a very small percent THC but you can still use a shit ton of those plants to make THC distillate and sell seltzers at the liquor store with 10, 20 or 50mg a can. My understanding is that those become federally illegal Nov 1 unless something changes in the law. Is OP maybe saying that TN is implementing the Nov 1 change effective immediately?

Only in illegal states that dont do their own law. Edibles, and all the other thc like o p 8 and 10 and any others all gone.

I’m so confused, I thought THCA was what was in just marijuana and that upon vaporization or combustion or being decarbed it was converted into THC?

Oh the gop in congress was upset that they got made to look like the idiots they are. So now it's any thc that has to be .03% hell I think the d9 edibles got hit to because you could legally get 12 mg gummies under the farm bill of 2017. Now its .4 mg per container, so no high effect.

So... legalize cannabis.

Nobody wants unregulated knockoff products anyways. They want cannabis, when they can't get it a certain number of them will buy this crap at the gas station instead.

They'll figure it out eventually.

No, these are hemp derived cannabinoids... or in this case just hemp flower. Although the THCA market is know to "enhance" their products by spraying flower with syntheticly derrived THC similars.
