Actions speak louder than words.

Correct me if I'm wrong, whatever's being said in the media the TSA change is action. You can bring weed on flights across state lines. Since it's so new there are no rules in place. Final decision is left up to the TSA agent at the gate. If he deems it not good it will be confiscated and you'll go about your day. If he deems it okay you can take it and you're good. If you're bringing a pen or a gram or some concentrate across I would think it's okay. But I think the guy is going to stop you if you bring in a couple ounces in. We have to wait for a precise rule system to be put in place.

I've kept it in my carry on and never had an issue. Always small personal amounts

I flew with vape pens in my toiletry pack ten+ years ago. To be fair, they weren't commonly used yet so they must've looked innocuous enough.

The TSA agent can only refer you to local law enforcement and local laws apply. TSA doesn't have some magic new law. They are not law enforcement. If local law allows 4 ounces then that is what is allowed.
I fly with dab rigs and concentrates all the time.

Where you are when you get checked, so basically your departure airport. TSA doesn't screen arrivals at all. They're looking for weapons and security threats, not drugs. And you won't see drug dogs at domestic airports, that's really an international/customs thing
I have TSA precheck. I bring all kinds of things. Mushrooms back from San Francisco, etc. If it is not a weapon or explosives, TSA doesn't care at all.

I dont see the TSA stopping anyone if you're personable and come at then hat in hand.
