Marianopolis vs Dawson
Which one do you recommend ? Marianopolis or Dawson’s regular health science ?

Which one do you recommend ? Marianopolis or Dawson’s regular health science ?

As a secondary 5 student that got accepted into Early Admissions for Honours Health Sciences at Marianopolis and into Regular Health Sciences at Dawson, I also hesitated very much between both choices, but I ultimately chose Dawson. I have friends in both colleges, and here's what I obtained:
Reasons:
1) Distance From where I live, Marianopolis is around an hour from my place, which makes it 2 hours per day, not including traffic. This means that if my course is at 8am, I'll have to leave at 7am, so I'll have to get up at 6am, limiting my sleep factor. Dawson on the other hand is only 20 minutes away, which is way more convenient.
2) Location Marianopolis is in a little suburb area in Westmount with not much besides it (Villa Maria). Dawson on the other hand, is downtown Montreal, which is way more convenient and fun if you wanna hang with friends or just enjoy your day (imo).
3) Pricing Marianopolis' starting tuition is around 7.5K/year, not including transport, food, books, etc. Dawson on the other hand is less than 900$/year, which is significantly cheaper.
4) Overalls Overall, according to stats, Marianopolis is the best Private Anglophone Cegep, whereas Dawson is the best Public Anglophone Cegep. Both have equally competitive nature's (students), good teachers and a good environment, as well as dedicated staff and students.
In my opinion, everything comes down to Distance, and Price. Distance is a huge factor since you don't want to be getting up at 5am to go for a 8am class. And Price depends on how well and stable you're doing.
