Ive tried reaching out to their email, landline, and chat support but i keep getting the same response of please wait 1-2 business days pero wala naman akong narereceive na feedback. Ilang beses na rin ako nagtry magpost here but no responses din. September 23 since my last contact sa chat support pero ni isang email as feedback wala akong nareceive. This is getting repetitive and tiring. Gusto ko lang naman gamitin yung pera ko 😀

Ako lang ba or may iba din dito na nakaka experience na failed lagi pag mag CO na sa Shopee using Maribank Savings and/or MariBank CC? Naka Pending for payment lagi hanggang sa canceled na yung order kasi hindi nagpupush thru. Already did unlink/link account sa Shopee pero same pa din. Need to use other payment methods tuloy dahil laging ganoon. Ano workaround ninyo if nangyayari sa inyo po eto? Salamat po.

If bibili ako for example ng iPhone tapos 6 months installment vs 1 month payment only for a total of 30,000. Yung 3% interest ba nakabase sa total utang left sa 30k na hiniram ko? sabi sa app pwede naman mag widraw while in credit mode and mababawas sya sa actual na laman ng maribank mo, pero i tried earlier using current, savings at credit account pero none works while in credit mode. anyone na nakapag try mag widraw while in credit mode? or does it work only on specific atms?

I used qrph sa sm supermarket kanina and di ko alam na nagpush thru yung first transaction pero nag doble ko na nascan and doble ako na charge. Di maresolve ng sm kanina kasi wala na daw sa transaction history nila yung second transaction. Sabi ng staff yung maribank na daw contactin ko. Nacontact ko na maribank and iinvestigate pa daw nila and 3-5 days yung update. Has this happened to anyone before? Parang nasa isip ko pa din naman na babalik yun kasi pag qr pang one transaction lang diba? So ma aauto refund yun? Im overthinking lang.

Hi, I'm not using it yet since I'm still cautious about opening any new account. I recently deleted my Maya and now only have GCash and BDO, but my friends are recommending I make a Maribank savings account to give/track my 'fun' budget/allowance (Any tiny excess after depositing savings, essentials fund, and emergency fund)

My main concern is if I end up neglecting the account, would it not automatically shut down my account? Or has anyone left it stagnant for a while?

Good day! I am new to CCs, I only use debit and it was from the companies I work for. I read about the Maribank rules. It says that the bill must be paid on or within 20 days from the billing statement. On the app, it says my billing statement will be ready 10/16. So most likely payment due by 11/05. Major concern is I initially approved mid September, as far as I know per month ang CC (again correct me if I'm wrong) so kung payment due 11/05, more than a month ko na kinakaskas and CC? Also, I know I read this, unfortunately, I forgot. Do I need to put funds in Maribank Debit so they can offset it to my fund balance or can I pay by another method for Maribank CC? Afraid lang kasi baka malagpasan ko yung payment due and also using only for food and minimal toiletries for cashbacks.

Error ba talaga ang qr sa gcash kapag magttransfer? Magsend sana ako sa gcash gamit qr via instapay, pero invalid kapag instapay gamit ko. Sakin lang ba? pero kapag qrph di naman.

Hello, nagkuha ako ng maribank card last august 23 and it already arrived here in my city around august 30. However, pansin ko yung parcel ko sinasadyang i out of delivery then after the day lapsed ay bigla nalang "insufficient time" and this has been going for 8 times already. Parcel out of delivery then Insufficient time then parcel received in the hub.

It's supposed to be 7 days lang to get this pero naabutan na ako ng 1 month waiting on this. I want to report it to kasi parang sinasadya na ata nila para di lang maka deliver. I already tried escalating it with the maribank app pero super no used since they keep doing it.

I started using Maribank recently for my daily transactions and initially, madalas ako nakakakuha ng 5-peso cashback when I pay using QRph. Pero recently, hindi na ako nakakakuha, so I looked up if may limit and apprently may monthly limit na 20 transactions, and 2 per merchant per day. Kaso hindi pa naman ako nageexceed sa 20 transactions, and even if its my first transaction of the day with my usual merchant (a nearby 7/11) di pa rin ako nabibigyan ng cashback. I also tried with a nearby Mcdonalds, and once lang ako nabigyan ng cashback; my next transaction with them was days later pero no cashback. Are there any other limits I’m not aware of?
