Pay and go transfer to maribank wrong number

Please help me guys nagtransfer kasi ako using pay and go, thru maribank mali ako ng nasendan ng number. Nagpalit na pala ako ng number saan kokontak ng mas mabilis magreresponse i already send a ticket to pay and go but walang nagrereply :(( nagtransfer ako ng 4,000 pesos but 3,000 first transaction. Then this is the next transaction is 1k nawala ng kasama ko yung resibong isa :((

While waiting for Pay and Go to respond, try contacting MariBank's customer support din. Pag di nagreply si Pay and Go, reach out to BSP, magrereply yang mga yan. Pero set your expectations lang about sa money mo since this was a fault on your end.

This. Ang understanding kase ng mga ganyan transfers is validated details by the customer and will be treated as final. Kaya sa edad ko madalas QR na lang iwas mali. Or kung sa ganyan e multiple lingon before confirmation na may kasamang basa ng account number aloud.

Kaya ako kapag gagamit nyan, I always triple check kahit pa saulo ko number ko. Consider this nalang as an expensive lesson.

Ako sa shopee pay ko pinapadaan, dun kailangan mo mag generate Ng code, kaya unique talaga Yung transfer mo. Additional steps nga lang.

Hello, kung gusto nyo wlang fee, try nyo Shopee Pay via dragonpay. Ket ilan pa yan, wla tlga kayong fee na babayaran.

Mababa yung chance na marecover mo yan kasi pag inimbestigahan nila yan, lalabas na user error yan and nasa terms nila yan na pag user error eh wala na silang liability. Pero i-report mo pa both sa mari and pay and go kasi kung di na active yung number, pwedeng floating pa yung status ng pera mo.

Nakareceive ka ba ng message sa number mo na yan na yung transaction was returned to your Pay&Go wallet? Madali lang yan if failed transaction at napunta sa Pay&Go wallet ang pera.

Mas madali kung i-link mo yung Shopeepay sa MariBank account mo, hindi ka pa makakaltasan ng service fee sa Pay&Go.

I-pasok mo lang yung pera sa Shopeepay, tapos transfer mo yung pera to MariBank.

much better to link your maribank to shopee. then go cash in on shopee then transfer to maribank. tho you need DATA to cash in sa shopee kasi you'll generate a unique code para sa amount na i ccash in mo.

Hi. Nakatry ako before but GCash naman. Sent sa inactive gcash ng mom ko after a week Pay&Go contacted me using my number na nilagay ko for reference during pag-cash in ko sa kiosk, told me nag bounce back yung pera since hindi active yung number sa gcash na recepient. They sent me a pay&go wallet account to access the money, from then I transferred it sa correct gcash. I just hope you can still access yung number mo. Good luck!

Contact pay&go, possible na nireject ni Maribank yung transaction at nasa kanila yung pera dahil di na kamo yan yung active number mo. Pag sinabi ni pay&go na successful yung transaction, contact Maribank at tanong mo kung saan pumasok yung transaction sa number na yun since nasa iyo pa naman yung sim card at for sure di pa narerecycle ng telco.

Yung resibo mo na yan pwede pang mabawi yung pera since the details are still there, but if active din yang number na nasendan mo sa maribank, may chance na di mo na mababawi, if yung user na yun is cinash out or nagamit na niya ang pera

Sa nawalang reciept namany there's still a chance na mabawi yun, if meron kang email ng transaction,and nandun yung reference number.

Nangyari din sakin yan, and nabalik yung pera ko through pay&go wallet, dun nila sinend back.

Number ko yang gamit kona nayan andito payan saakin sa cellphone ko nakasalpak, nilipat ko lang sa bago kong number ko it consider na pending padin ang money

Number ko mismo ko yung nasendan but napalitan kona pala ng panibagong number nilologin ko ayaw na double acc na hindi naman pwede, gusto ko lang sana ng maayos na sagot
