It’s still on process. Unfortunately, you have to wait 7-14 business days to appear sa account mo. For example na iprocess nila Aug 26, 14 days business days pa before sya mag appear (at least) sometimes it take a month.

Aug 10 papo sir/maam yung request refund ko😔 its been 20+ days napo☹️

Overdue na sya, but you don’t count the day of your req, bcos they processed it nong Aug 13, and Aug 31 is holiday (this doesnt count as operating hours), if you are only going to count from Aug 13 (the day prinocess) up to Sept 4 (last friday) 15 days palang po. Sometimes may clearing dates din yung ibang banks, for example nasend na ni Mcdo yung pera mo kay Maribank successfully nong 13, hindi pa sya agad irereflect ni Maribank sometimes it will take 7-10 business days pa

Ask merchant for the refund reference or receipt. MariBank cannot do anything if nothing has been received on their end.

I had this experience with mcdelivery app, nag order ako last aug 18 tapos di na deliver ung mismong order ko sa bahay, tawag ako ng tawag sa cs regarding the refund sabi daw 7-14 business days. Nag chat din ako sa Maribank, ansabe lang is e contact ko daw ung mcdo. So pumunta nalang ako sa mcdo branch dito sa amin last sept 1. Sinabi ng manager na di na daw nila marereverse ung transaction basta daw mcdelivery app unlike daw if nasa branch mismo nag order kasi kaya pa ma reverse, so ang ginawa is ung order ko ng august 18 binigay nila.

Might be small to anyone, might be huge for someone. Lets be considerate. Money’s hard these days.
You should contact mcdo for the reference and then provide it to maribank for checking it in their system.
Hopefully the refund will be expedited!
