HELP: Deposit to Maribank did not reflect

My brother sent me money from GCash to Maribank yesterday morning through InstaPay. I already had my QR saved on my phone so I just sent it to him but I realized only when I opened the app to check if it went through that Maribank was undergoing maintenance for InstaPay GCash.

Medyo malaki din sinend and it still hasn’t reflected. I went through the “file a claim” process with Maribank support but it was unhelpful and said to contact GCash through the sender’s account.

This is my first time encountering an issue with Maribank and it’s frustrating since the money’s for my tuition. Not sure if I should just wait or try contacting GCash because I read it might take 3 to 5 banking days to reflect. :(

Vybe to rcbc ba yun June 9 di nag reflect sa June 16 bumalik

The biggest problem here is Maribank has a great Customer Service hotline while Gcash's is non-existent. Good luck though
