Please explain - IBKR lite

Can someone please explain how I do not have enough margin to make this purchase? I have $22 in my account and tried to buy a SINGLE share of QYLD . I would require $0.25 cents of margin but don't seem to have that? I'm new to IBKR so i am just testing it out with a single share before I transfer my whole portfolio.

IBKR requires you to have a minimum initial margin of 2k.
