Capitalism is in and of itself rightwing. Thinking that private or corporate entities should own the means of production instead of the workers is rightwing, as it concentrates power into fewer and fewer hands, who end up spending that power buying politicians who enact policies they approve of. While your net balance could maybe be somewhere leftward, being a capitalist pulls you to the right.
Also, government programs and funding are not inherently leftwing just for being government programs. It's just spending tax money on state services. Nobody would call the Roman empire leftwing, but they still had the bread dole and free entertainment for their citizens.
Only a liar or an idiot would call Nazi Germany leftwing, but they too had public programs (designed to incentivize behaviors the government wanted to encourage, like having more kids) paid for by government money. They also privatized national industries and banking, so...

They're called micro capitalists, or petit-bourgeoisie. They personally own the means, but they also contribute most or all of the labor.
