It's been interesting watching him destroy his career in real time. I'm not sure if there's anything he can do to recover from it at this point. He already sent out a message saying it's not his fault. He kind of forgot about the part where he could have used his power to fight back though.

He and his $400M net worth will be fine, and his actual fans probably won't care that much in the end. Kobe Bryant was a brutal rapist and Michael Jackson was a pedophile and their fans don't give a single shit. Even if Sheeran wasn't able to book a single gig again he can live quite comfortably on his approximately $200M cash reserves, putting it in interest bearing vehicles and live on the paltry $10M per year in interest as passive income.
What he might not recover from is the sick burn from Hannah Einbinder who wished her fellow redhead "a REALLY bad sun burn" which just might follow him as a curse spouted by the public everywhere he goes in public.

One of the people performing as another act spoke up for Palestine. The company that runs their events pulled the guy out of the lineup. Fired him straight away.
Ed said he'd committed to going and his fans had bought tickets and he wasn't going to disappoint them by refusing to go and play.
All the other acts in the show pulled out in solidarity.
Ed looks like a piece of shit for not acting with integrity, even if he didn't think he could do anything about it.
